The Medical Records Specialist is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports to the Chief Experience and Operations Officer. The Medical Records Specialist acts as the central figure for handling and distributing medical records within our organization, while strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3 years of clerical office work or similar.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Strong computer skills utilizing Electronic health record (Nextgen preferred), Microsoft Office.
