Hood Industries, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our lumber mill operations in Bogalusa, Louisiana. The position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Lumber manufacturing or sawmill experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to motivate others
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
