Requirements
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Experience supporting SaaS or data-driven software solutions in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or solutions role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Naturally curious, proactive, and adaptable
