In 1967 Hope House, Inc. was founded in recognition of the need for high quality substance abuse treatment services to be available in upstate New York. What started as a single modest residential facility grew into numerous programs providing intensive residential treatment services for adults, adolescents, women with children, outpatient and preventive services, and a supportive housing program. Residential Assistant Program Manager
1 year of experience in Substance Use Disorder and NYS CASAC or higher licensure
Licensed Mental Health Therapist
1+ year of experience in Substance Use Disorder Treatment or Mental Health Counseling; LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or NCC certification required
Supervisor of Admissions & Discharges
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Substance Use Disorder or related field, management experience preferred, and CASAC-T required
Per Diem Support Staff
High School Diploma/GED, Human Service Background a plus, Reliable and Punctual, Demonstrate professional behavior, Ability to maintain client confidentiality, Ability to pass a background check
Overnight Support Staff
High school diploma or GED and 6 months experience in substance abuse services. Must maintain client confidentiality and adhere to rules and regulations
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Per Diem)
1 year of experience as a Family (Community) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, certification as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, and eligibility to prescribe for NYS Medicaid
Counselor Assistant (Part-Time and Full-Time Positions)
High School Diploma or GED, 6 months experience in Substance Use Disorders or related field, CASAC-T or QHP preferred
Per Diem Support Staff
High School Diploma/GED, human service background a plus
Licensed Practical Nurse
LPN License, minimum 3 years nursing experience, and a background check required
Behavioral Health Counselor (LMSW or LMHC)
LMSW or LMHC required, 2 years of experience in substance abuse counseling
