Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Per Diem)

Hope House is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical treatment and care to patients struggling with substance abuse disorder. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the field and be certified and registered as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

Requirements

• At least one year of education, training, and/or experience as a Family (Community) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Experience in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders preferred.
• Certified and registered as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by the NYS Education Department.
• Familiarity with Medication Assisted Treatment (such as Suboxone or Vivitrol).
• Eligible to prescribe for NYS Medicaid.
