Job Coach - On-Call

Hope Services is seeking on-call Job Coaches to provide individualized services to clients with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. The Job Coach will assess and remediate personal and social barriers, provide job-site training, and work with clients and employers to determine job training goals and ongoing success.

Requirements

• High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• One year of related experience
• Clear driving record and a valid Driver's License
