High school diploma, medical assistant certification, 1+ year healthcare experience, BLS certification, EMR experience, and US work authorization
Primary Care Physician
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, active NC medical license, and US work authorization required. Growth mindset and a patient- & mission-focused approach to healthcare are essential
Regional Director, Operations
5+ years of experience in healthcare leadership, multi-site experience, and a bachelor's degree are required
Medical Director
5+ years post-residency experience, Board Certification in IM/FM, NC state medical license, and US work authorization. Familiarity with Medicare population and quality care expectations are also desired
Clinical Operations Intern
3rd or 4th year medical student, Intern, resident, or fellow, Organized and proactive

3+ years of post-residency experience, Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and experience with value-based care and innovative clinical models

5+ years of post-Residency experience, Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and experience in managing teams
Float Advanced Practice Provider
4 years of experience in primary care, HCC and ICD-10 documentation, experience with multiple software platforms, active state medical license, US work authorization, and ability to travel
Manager, Analytics
4+ years of experience in analytics-focused roles with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Healthcare Economics, Health Informatics, or related field
