Job Description
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will represent our brand in our shop in Hamburg and be responsible for the entire customer experience, including customer service, product presentation, sales, and representation of our brand values.
Requirements
- More than 1 year of experience in retail of a premium brand, in sales management of a fashion shop, or in a front desk function
- Good listening and persuading skills
- Experience in dealing with high-touch products
- Good eye for presentation of goods
- Reliable, organised, and structured work style
- Open-minded, friendly, enthusiastic, positive, and sales-orientated personality
