Job Description
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Care Lead to provide guidance and support to the Dual Special Needs Program (DSNP) Clinical Care Coordinators and clinical care managers. The role involves overseeing staff, developing goals, and ensuring facilitation of healthcare services within a member-centric plan of care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of two (2) years healthcare industry experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a managed care setting
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good PC skills, knowledge of working with a Medical Management system for electronic medical records
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good presentation skills
