Digital Products Reporting Manager

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey empowers our members to achieve their best health. The Digital Products Reporting Manager will lead the reporting and analytics strategy for the Horizon Digital Product Management team, providing analysis and insights to external clients and Horizon senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, or 12 years relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• 7-10 years of experience related work experience preferably in health insurance
• Experience as a key contributor in major company initiatives and demonstrated some leadership experience
• Web analytics experience
• Experience with front-end Business Intelligence tools required (Tableau, Google analytics, etc.)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Healthcare Industry experience
• Attention to detail
• High level of energy and customer focus
