Requirements
- High school diploma with 2 years of experience within the customer service or behavioral health field required
- Welcome all visitors of the clinic to create an exceptional patient experience with every interaction
- Work in a demanding, fast paced environment that is frequently adapting to industry standards where you will interact with patients seeking mental health and substance use treatment
- Work with multiple electronic platforms that include our Electronic Health Record (EHR), various web-based systems, and other technology platforms
- Supporting the day to day needs of our clinical and medical staff which includes managing, triaging, and supporting administrative responsibilities
- Creative problem solving to support the overall operations of the clinic
