Responsible for maintaining and processing collateralized titles, ensuring appropriate organizational, state, agency and/or regulatory guidelines are maintained. Supports branches, departments and membership as primary point of contact on title related questions and research.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of state titling laws in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana
- Thorough knowledge or prior experience working with electronic titling platforms
- Interacts professionally with government agencies, dealerships and credit union partners
- Reads and interprets policy and procedure manuals
- Writes and communicates effectively with borrowers and employees, both in person and over the telephone
- Performs basic math function along with ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages
- Solves practical problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where a considerable amount of standardization exists
- Reads and comprehends simple instructions and more technical correspondences/documents/rules/regulations
