Job Description
Ophthalmic Assistant position assisting Ophthalmologists and Optometrists by performing preliminary eye function testing, explaining medication or procedures, and completing data forms and paperwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to three years of experience if not certified through JCAHPO.
- Certified Ophthalmic Assistant/Technician through JCAHPO.
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
