Job Description
Greets patients, ensures complete and accurate check-in and check-out process, and obtains necessary data elements for insurance benefits and billing. Handles patient questions, enters data into practice management system, and collects co-payments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of customer service experience
- Basic database skills in an electronic medical system
- Knowledge of insurance company processes
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
