We're seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Project Management team at Horizon Farm Credit. As an Implementations Specialist, you'll design impactful solutions, collaborate across departments, and help drive innovation in agriculture and rural communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
- Generally, minimum of five years of experience implementing software solutions
- Strong skills in capability mapping and requirements analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and work independently
- Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance required
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and sit for prolonged periods
