IRC Analyst

Horizon Farm Credit is seeking an IRC Analyst to join their Risk team to conduct internal control reviews, evaluate business process controls, and provide recommendations to strengthen risk mitigation. Requirements

• Verify compliance with internal control policies and procedures
• Support audits and examinations
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
• Prepare risk assessments and generate risk and control matrices
• Develop and execute detailed test procedures
• Analyze transactions, documentation, and reporting
• Prepare timely review findings and formal reports
• Manage engagement operations
