Senior Product Designer (Singapore)

We are seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience and interface of Triple Alpha, our quantum computing IDE. The successful candidate will collaborate with science, engineering and product teams to craft thoughtful, functional, and appealing designs.

Requirements

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and/or refine design decisions
• Define and measure design success using relevant metrics
• Maintain and enhance our design system to ensure scalability and consistency
• Stay current with design trends, user behaviour, and emerging tools to drive continuous improvement
• Foster safe and open communication across teams through design critique and feedback sessions
• Help refine team processes, tools, and documentation
• Partner with developers to establish and refine the design-to-dev workflow
• Collaborate with product to ensure strategic alignment and incorporate metrics-driven insights into the design process
• Mentor future designers while building a collaborative design culture
• Handle tasks outside product design when needed
• Proactively identify design opportunities and drive product improvements
