Program Lead

Horizon Surgical Systems Inc. is seeking a Program Lead to manage complex, cross-functional medical device programs, drive execution, and maintain organizational alignment across R&D, manufacturing, quality, clinical, and regulatory functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or closely related field)
• 8–12 years of project or program management experience in medical device product development
• Demonstrated ability to carry complex, multi-disciplinary hardware-software programs through full development cycles
• Deep fluency with both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• High organizational intelligence
