Resourcing Manager - Salesforce

As a Salesforce Resource Manager, you will drive workforce planning, allocation, and utilization across Salesforce engagements. You will work closely with leadership to forecast demand, balance supply, and ensure the right skills are deployed at the right time.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in resource management, workforce planning, or analytics within consulting or IT services
• Experience managing multi-shore resourcing models (onsite + offshore)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce roles, skills, and delivery models (functional, technical, architects, PMO)
• Proven ability to balance utilization, profitability, and delivery readiness in a professional services context
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field (MBA preferred)
