Senior Program Manager - Salesforce

Senior Program Manager - Salesforce to lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across multiple clients and projects in the EMEA region, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce consulting delivery experience in a System Integrator or consulting environment managing enterprise digital transformation programs
• Proven experience leading multi-project Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and enterprise program governance
• Demonstrated experience managing program financials, forecasts, and commercial outcomes
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Prior experience supporting RFPs, estimations, and delivery planning for new opportunities
