Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Applicants must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable means of transportation to and from assigned farm
• Good previous attendance records
• Able to work 7 days/week with some varied hours
• Possess math, reading, and writing skills
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently
• Able to wear eye and respiratory protection equipment
