Job Description
The Feedmill Maintenance role at Hormel Foods is responsible for safely and efficiently operating, maintaining, and repairing feed mill equipment to ensure timely manufacturing of feed for turkeys. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of maintenance experience, mechanical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a boiler operating license.
Requirements
- Must meet biosecurity requirements
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience
- Mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Welding/fabricating skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, reach, and grasp
- Ability to work in dusty environments and lift 75 pounds
- Must be able to work at extreme heights and in small spaces
- Possess the appropriate boiler operating license
- Excellent attendance
