Job Description
Hormel Foods Corporation is seeking a Procurement Digital Sourcing Manager to join its One Procurement Center of Excellence (COE). The role will lead the sourcing function, driving innovation, efficiency, and strategic impact across the global organization. The position offers broad exposure to cross-functional teams and unmatched development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field (Master's or certifications like CSCP/CPSM preferred)
- 5+ years in procurement, ideally within Food & Beverage, CPG, or Manufacturing
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Coupa or similar RFx sourcing software (Oracle a plus)
- Excellent Sourcing skills with a proven track record
