Global Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) - Indirect Procurement

We are a leading global producer of natural ingredients and solutions for the food, beverage, lifestyle and nutrition industries. As a Global Sourcing Manager, you will lead procurement activities across Indirect Spend categories with a focus on Facility Management and Professional Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• More than five years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience
• Proven track record managing global and regional sourcing projects
• Strong negotiation, analytic and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA, Ariba or similar)
• Solid understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk mitigation in a procurement context
