The Senior Supply Chain Analyst works with the Manager of Customer Supply Chain to ensure customer supply chain expectations are met cost effectively. The position will provide analytical support to drive supply chain improvements to create beneficial outcomes for both the customer and Hormel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales, logistics, or supply chain related experience
- Self-motivated to identify opportunities and create benefits to the customer and Hormel—Win-Win
- Proven problem solving, continuous improvement and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects
- Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, presentation and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing disparate sources of data
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
