Hormel Foods is seeking a Team Leader to manage team members, lead plant processes, and ensure production and quality goals are met. The position requires leadership skills, initiative, and communication skills. Team Leaders work in a fast-paced production environment and may be required to work extended hours, including weekends.

Requirements

• 1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc.
• Associates Degree
• Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills
