Lackierer (m/w/d) - Industrielackierung / Oberflächentechnik

We're a family-owned business looking for an Industrial Coater to strengthen our Unit Production at our new Surface Center in Schwandorf. The successful candidate will prepare parts for coating, carry out the coating process, and finish and secondary work on parts.

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as an industrial or automotive coater, painter, or equivalent qualification
• Technical understanding, high sense of quality, and initial practical experience in the coating trade
• Stapler, crane certificate, and initial experience with SAP would be an asset
• Conscientiousness, engagement, and teamwork skills, independent work style, reliability, and willingness to work shifts
