Job Description
The CNC/CAM Programmer is responsible for developing CNC programs and collaborating with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to develop manufacturing processes. This role requires expertise in ESPRIT CAM software and experience with CNC programming, advanced manufacturing, and lean initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- Five or more years of advanced manufacturing experience
- Expert knowledge of Fanuc controls
- CNC programming experience using advanced techniques
- Strong knowledge of work-holding, tooling systems, and CNC machine setup
- Proven working experience with CAM software for CNC programming
- Familiarity with manufacturing enterprise software
