Certified Nursing Assistant

We are building a team of hospice aides who provide hands-on personal care to patients in accordance with the care plan developed and supervised by the RN. This role is essential to ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and consistency of care in both home and facility settings.

Requirements

• Current Texas CNA certification
• Current CPR certification (Healthcare Provider)
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain; may be provided)
• Valid (non-expired) Texas driver’s license
• Proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an approved nursing assistant program
• Previous experience in hospice, home health, or hospital setting preferred
• Acceptable professional references
• Ability to pass pre-employment CNA competency evaluation
