2 years of experience as a Clinical Educator or 2 years of RN experience in a hospice program, BSN or MSN, and CPR Training
Social Worker, MSW
MSW degree, knowledge of group process, and skills in written and verbal communication
RN Admissions
2+ years of RN experience, knowledge of Hospice care, and ability to communicate effectively
Home Health Aide
Home Health Aide certification, ability to follow instructions, and ability to make patient observations
Hospice RN GIP - Per Diem
Current California RN License, 1+ year of experience in acute clinical setting, CPR Certification
