Job Description
Hospice of San Joaquin is seeking a Clinical Educator to provide training and education to clinicians and community partners, with a focus on end-of-life care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospice care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Current California RN License
- BSN preferred, MSN preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Clinical Educator or 2 years of RN experience in a hospice program
- CPR Training
- Valid California driver's license and automobile insurance
- Ability to work variable hours, including nights and weekends
