Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to assist with day-to-day administration functions, provide on-site and logistic support, and support implementation of HR initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources Management, Benefits and Compensation, and good knowledge of human resources-related ordinances.
Requirements
- University Graduates
- F.5/S.5 AND relevant diploma in a specialized function with experience
- Experience in Human Resources Management
- Experience in Benefits and Compensation is preferred
- Good knowledge of human resources-related ordinances
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good command of MS Office, including MS WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning System(ERPS) – Human Capital Management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded, well organized, with multitasking abilities and able to work independently
