Hospital Collections Specialist

Join Hospital for Behavioral Medicine as a Hospital Collection Specialist and contribute to the well-being of individuals and families in need. As a Hospital Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for posting payments, following up on outstanding balances, and resolving insurance denials. This is a full-time role with a competitive hourly rate of $24.00 - $28.00 and a monthly incentive bonus plan.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in facility billing or related field
• Knowledge of Medicare DDE and computerized systems
• Experience with insurance billing, computer, and business software programs
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
