Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and perform a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and janitorial duties with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred; two years of technical or trade school preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions
• Must experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering
