Business Controller

We are an international operating, technology-driven organization in the energy transition. We are strengthening our team with a Business Controller with a pronounced business control profile. The role is designed for a Business Controller who wants to look ahead, exert influence, and position Finance as co-pilot of the business.

Requirements

• Higher education work and thinking level (e.g., Business Economics, Finance, Econometrics, or comparable)
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in business control, project environments, or consulting, with demonstrated exposure to decision-making and performance issues
• Strong analytical, but always focused on decision-making and results
• Curious, proactive, and visible in the business
• Able to switch quickly between detail and overview
• Experience in or a strong affinity with an international, project, and technology-driven environment is a plus
