Legal Counsel

Host is an international operating, technology-driven organization in the energy transition, seeking a Legal Counsel to strengthen their legal power and build an integrated deal team. The role involves working at the intersection of commerce, projects, and finance, ensuring clear and consistent risk allocation, and advising on contract structures and risk modeling.

Requirements

• Completed academic training in Dutch law (or comparable international law)
• Approx. 7–12 years of relevant work experience (in-house or law firm)
• Visible experience with international contracting in project environments (incl. ICHemE and/or Orgalime)
• Excellent mastery of the English and Dutch languages
