Lead and elevate hiring for the Bluehost Group, with full ownership of the Brazil Talent Acquisition function. Drive end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with leaders, and ensure that regional practices are aligned with our global talent strategy.
Lead the Brazil Talent Acquisition function, own the regional recruiting process, act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, identify process gaps, use analytics to influence decisions, and contribute to global HR and Talent initiatives.
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, strategic and analytical mindset, creative and innovative, strong stakeholder management skills, independent and resourceful, bilingual in Portuguese and English, experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS tools.
