Accounts Receivable Finance Specialist

Hostinger is looking for an Accounts Receivable Finance Specialist to join their Finance team. The role involves ensuring revenue-related entries are recorded with precision, efficiency, and scalability in mind, working with large and complex datasets to reconcile accounts receivable balances, and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows using AI tools and data solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and revenue-related processes
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and working with large datasets
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the bigger picture and understand end-to-end processes
• Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn
• Excellent Lithuanian and English communication skills (both spoken and written)
