Engineering Manager | Reach

Hostinger is looking for an Engineering Manager who loves building products fast, shipping meaningful features, and scaling both systems and people. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead the engineering team behind our AI-first Email Marketing platform, owning both technical direction and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 2+ years in an engineering leadership role
• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams
• Strong product mindset and passion for building customer-facing SaaS products
• Strong experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony)
• Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or other) and performance optimization
• Experience with Redis or other caching solutions
• Experience with modern TypeScript frameworks (React.js or Vue.js)
• Experience working with modern cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
• Practical experience with Kubernetes
