Job Description
Design systems work is often treated as maintenance, but at Hostinger, it's a product in its own right. The Senior Design System Designer will own the evolution of the design system from the ground up, making good decisions without hand-holding and partnering with every product team to ensure the system serves real design needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with significant time spent on or leading a design system
- Deep Figma expertise
- Strong understanding of design tokens
- Experience working across multiple product teams
- Comfortable working solo with high ownership
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Strong communicator
- Portfolio with clear examples of design system work
