The VPS Growth & Partnerships Manager role involves shaping VPS product growth & strategy across the affiliates team, collaborating with the affiliates team, head of VPS marketing and VPS marketing squad.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or B2B sales within SaaS, hosting, or tech environments.
- Analytical and proactive, with a hands-on, growth-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of VPS hosting technologies and ability to translate technical concepts into growth opportunities.
- Confident working with analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, TUNE, Impact Radius, HubSpot, or Google Sheets) to track and interpret performance metrics.
- Experienced in setting and working with KPI and OKR frameworks to measure impact and drive performance.
- Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
