PPC Team Lead

Hostinger is seeking a PPC Team Lead to lead a high-performing PPC team and drive paid advertising performance across various platforms. The role involves collaborating with product and country teams, monitoring performance metrics, leveraging AI-powered tools, and maintaining campaign execution standards. It’s a hybrid role working from Kaunas and Vilnius.

Requirements

• 3+ years in performance or growth marketing
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams or channels
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and their roles within a unified growth strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities
• Skilled in using AI and automation tools to optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English skills
