Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Analytical skills, creative ability, persuasiveness, and perseverance
• Experience of at least 8 years in a bank, financial institution, or consultant in this sector
• In-depth leadership and vision
• Experience on the C-level
• Experience as an external consultant is a plus
• Experience with regulatory reporting (legally as an implementer)
• Affinity with fact-based management, process optimization, and data solutions
• Ambition to take customers to a higher level with your team
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing
