Host

This host role involves greeting guests, seating them at tables, and answering phone calls. They also assign tables based on preference, manage table rotation, and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The host will also assist in taking orders and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Greeting guests as they enter.
• Seating guests at tables and providing menus.
• Answering phone calls and taking orders.
• Restaurant experience a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to work in a standing position.
• Ability to handle money accurately.
• Able to operate a point-of-sale system.
