Job Description
We are a personally managed hotel with 29 rooms and our own gastronomy in the upper Bavarian region near the A8 in the Chiemgau, seeking an engaged personality as Assistant/ess to the Management to strengthen our leadership team.
Requirements
- Completed education in the hotel industry or gastronomy
- Several years of experience in reception and/or service
- First leadership experience or shift responsibility
- Business understanding
- Confident, friendly, and approachable in guest contact
- Resilient and able to keep cool in lively situations
- Structured and able to make independent decisions
