Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist/Front Office Manager to support our front office management with tasks such as check-in, check-out and payment transactions. You will also act as a contact person for guests and provide information on excursion destinations in the surrounding area. Hospitality and the joy of service are top priorities for this role.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or as a hotel maid/hotelman
- First experiences in the hotel industry are advantageous
- Good knowledge of German
