Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and friendly personality to join our close-knit team at the Lochrin Rooftop Bar in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and drinks, be skilled in multitasking, and provide excellent customer service. The team will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing food, cleaning, and organizing BOH areas, while following all food safety and licensing policies.
Requirements
- Serving guests and creating positive experiences
- Manage all bills and payments correctly
- Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries, and organize BOH areas
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
- Cook and prepare meals to standard
- Prepare exceptional Cocktails to standard
- Effective sales skills to up-sell products and services
- Provides excellent customer service
- Supporting other team members and management
- Promote and support the bar and wider hotel
