Job Description
We are looking for a confident and proactive Receptionist (Crew Member) to join our team at Moxy Utrecht. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating positive experiences for our guests, managing hotel room inventory, and promoting the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
Requirements
- Experience within the service industry
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
