Job Description
Reservation Manager role responsible for maximising occupancy, ensuring clean booking structures, and maintaining a high-quality guest mix.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in reservation management or front/back office within upscale hospitality.
- Strong understanding of occupancy management, pricing logic, and demand behaviour.
- Analytical mindset and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident use of MS Office, hotel systems, and booking platforms.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
