Requirements

• Friendly welcome and individual care of our guests (check-in/check-out)
• Professional handling of bookings and inquiries
• Reliable accounting and cash management
• Administrative tasks and office organization
• Active support in the service area and ensuring an excellent guest experience
• Experience in the reception and/or service area
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and pleasure in dealing with guests
• High level of friendliness, service orientation, and reliability
• Flexibility and willingness to work, even on weekends and public holidays
• Very good knowledge of German and English, any additional language is a plus
